• Company/workspace information associated with your account.
• Analysis inputs you submit, such as trade scenarios and product details.
• Saved analyses and your analysis history.
• Technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

The service relies on authentication and service providers, and on cloud/database hosting providers where applicable, to operate. Where paid services are used, checkout and payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and payment/checkout provider. Paddle processes payment and transaction information under its own privacy terms; TRADELIRA does not receive or store full card details. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

Data is processed to provide, secure and improve the service — for example to run analyses you request, save your history, and protect accounts.

Workspace data is company-isolated: analyses and related records are accessible only to members of the company they belong to.

Data is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and meet legitimate operational or legal needs, and is removed or anonymised when no longer required.
