Refund Policy

The Free Trial does not require payment, so no refund applies to trial usage.

Professional is a recurring monthly digital-service subscription.

Users may request a refund where:

• they were charged incorrectly or more than once;
• a payment was unauthorized;
• paid access was not made available because of a service-side technical failure that could not reasonably be resolved;
• applicable mandatory law requires a refund.

Because TRADELIRA provides immediate access to digital analysis functionality, refunds are not automatically guaranteed merely because analyses were used or the user no longer needs the service.

Users may cancel future renewal of a paid subscription. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically reverse previous valid charges.

Payments may be processed by an authorized third-party Merchant of Record. Certain refund, payment and chargeback procedures may also be governed by that provider's applicable payment terms.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
